Lee & Associates of Illinois Represents Bullfrog for Retail Lease

Rosemont, IL. — July 27, 2023 — Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers, represented Bullfrog International in a lease for 10,840 square feet at Gurnee Town Center, 7105 W. Grand Avenue, Gurnee, IL.

Bullfrog International, a designer and manufacturer of high-end line of hot tubs, was represented by three Lee & Associates brokers – Rick Scardino, Principal, and Michael Petrik, Associate, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, and Sean Bishop, Principal, of Lee & Associates Arizona. The landlord, Kite Realty, was represented by Branden Reedy and Jimmy Danaher of CBRE.

The Gurnee Town Center property is a power center located in the desirable Gurnee regional trade area.
