Rosemont, IL. — July 6, 2023 - Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers, negotiated a $1.8M sale of 1.03-acre retail pad located at 4839 W. 111th Street, Alsip, IL, former home to Bakers Square Restaurant. A new Belle Tire will be developed in the sought-after 111th Street and Cicero Avenue quadrant that sees a traffic count of nearly 25,000 vehicles per day.
