Lee & Associates Represents Coaster Company in DuPage Relocation
Furniture Company Moves from Des Plaines to Lease 150,209-SF Building in Roselle's Turnberry Business Park
Roselle, Ill.— June 8, 2023 — Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers in North America, has closed a long-term new lease transaction at Turnberry 5, a 150,209-square-foot industrial building located at 1550 Central Avenue in Roselle, IL.
Jeff Janda, SIOR, Principal at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, and Tim Cronin, SIOR, of Lee & Associates’ Industry, CA office, represented the tenant, COA, Inc. (Coaster Company) in its lease of the entire building. Coaster Company is relocating to Turnberry 5 from its Des Plaines location.
The facility, located in Turnberry Industrial Park, is owned by Prologis who was represented by Mike Freitag, Kelly Disser and Dan Leahy of NAI Hiffman.
