Ford Heights Artist Among New Exhibitors At Park Forest Art Fair

See Everton Jackson's work — by the reggae culture of Ocho Rios, Jamaica — at the 64th Annual Park Forest Art Fair this weekend.

PARK FOREST, IL — Everton Jackson of Ford Heights is one of 23 new artists exhibiting their work at this year's Park Forest Art Fair.

Jackson, according to organizers, is strongly influenced by the reggae culture of Ocho Rios, Jamaica, where he lived until this year. He is a lover of music and incorporates some reference to music in his abstract paintings, which may be blatantly visible or in some abstract form.

The Tall Grass Arts Association Gallery will be open on both days of the fair. The gallery, gift shop and art fair are open to the public, free of charge.
