1 In Custody After Domestic Incident In Cary

CARY, IL — One person is in custody following a domestic incident reported in Cary Tuesday.

The police call drew a heavy police presence to the area of Three Oaks Road and Bright Oaks Circle Tuesday evening, police said. Authorities informed the public in a Facebook post that the incident was "isolated" and there was no known threat to the public.

Scott Naydenoff, deputy chief with Cary Police Department, told Patch the offender fled the scene of the domestic incident and was later taken into custody and transported to the McHenry County Jail.
