“All six of these businesses are truly well-deserving, creating high-quality products that significantly impact their given industry,” Sawicki said. “Our hope is that this program will not only shine a light on the remarkable industrial businesses we have in town, but also educate the community on some of the products that are being created right here in St. Charles.”

The six businesses received the awards at the January 16, 2024 St. Charles City Council Meeting, and were thankful for the recognition, according to the news release.

“On behalf of the entire Warwick family, we are honored to be a part of this year’s Made in St. Charles Program,” said Alexander Paschal, president and 5th generation owner of Warwick Publishing Company.

“From our early days as the Chronicle Newspaper to our current version of Warwick as a Promotional Product Supplier, our family and all of our employees have been blessed to call St. Charles our home for over 100 years. St. Charles has grown in so many ways, especially in the last 30 years, and we’re excited to see what the future holds as time marches on," he said. "Thank you all very much for selecting us to be part of this year’s program."

Andy Kuester, director of Sales/Marketing for Bison, said his company was honored to be selected as one of the six businesses in the 2023 Made in St. Charles program.

“Located off Ohio Ave. on the far east side of town, we have been designing and manufacturing electric motors, gearmotors and gear reducers in St. Charles since 1997. From the beginning Bison has worked hard at giving back to the community, whether it be volunteer group outings at local charity organizations or sponsoring bands at STC Live in the summer," Kuester said. "With a continued focus on growth and strong industry demand, Bison will remain a partner with St. Charles both now and in the future as we expand and develop our team.”
