7 Crystal Lake Businesses Cited For Selling Alcohol To Minor

CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — Seven Crystal Lake businesses have been cited for selling alcohol to a minor during recent compliance checks.

The Crystal Lake Police Department conducted the compliance checks on Thursday at businesses in town. The following establishments were cited for selling alcohol to a minor:

• BP Gas Station, 281 W. Virginia Street)
• Chili’s Grill and Bar, 5620 Northwest Highway
• Crystal Lake Country Club, 721 Country Club Road
• Guzman Y Gomez, 5459 Northwest Highway
• Jalsa Bar and Restaurant, 1295 N Randall Road, Suite 111
• Kumi Sushi, 1145 S Route 31 Highway
• Off the Vine, 129 N Main Street

All of the employees in violation were cited for unlawful sale of alcohol to a minor.
