The indictment against Flores said that on several occasions in September, he made contact with the teen at the Bear Paddle Swim Club. Court records indicate that Flores made contact in an “insulting manner” and that he grabbed or touched the victim multiple times.
Shaw Media reported that on one occasion, Flores kept the teen from leaving a shower stall by blocking the entrance to the shower with his body. On another occasion, according to the report, he used a torpedo-shaped pool toy to make contact with the victim’s backside in a harassing manner, the indictment said.
