Cary Police Arrest Several for DUI, Battery
Cary Police release arrest reports through June 11, 2013.

Battery
Erick L. Angeles, 19, 100 Sunset Dr., Cary, was arrested May 3, and charged with battery/ physical contact.Candice Forgath, 26, 405 N. Jefferson, Harvard, was arrested May 23, and charged with two counts of domestic battery/bodily harm and two counts domestic battery/ physical contact. Forgath was also wanted on an in-state warrant.
DUI
Harold T. Caley, Jr., 28, 567 Darlington Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested May 7, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, and disobeying a train signal.Ryan T. Stern, 22, 660 Hawthorne Dr., Cary, was arrested May 16, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, improper lane use, and improper turn at intersection.
Maureen L. Moore, 44, 242 Brookbridge Rd., Cary, was arrested May 25 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use, transportation of alcohol, and improper traffic lane use.
Tia L. Adams, 29, 1400 Commons Dr. 3E, Woodstock, was arrested May 27, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content over .08, and disobeying a traffic control device.
Leon T. Kummen, 57, 534 Camargo Club Dr., Lake in the Hills, was arrested June 4, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with blood-alcohol content over .08, and three counts of improper traffic lane use.
Wanted on Warrant
