Cary SportsFest: 6th Annual Event Draws Big Crowd
Sports, fitness and health were the focus of the 6th Annual Cary SportsFest.
Sunday was the perfect day to go rock climbing in Cary.
The 6th Annual SportsFest enjoyed big crowds and beautiful weather as more than 50 sports, health and fitness-related vendors set up tents in Feinberg Court to share information with the public.
The exhibitors along with local youth sports clubs provided free activities for visitors. The event educates residents about the healthy and active choices available in our community, according to the Cary Grove Area Chamber of Commerce.
The day’s highlights included free rock climbing for kids, free games and activities, and free chances to win prizes including six skybox seat tickets to the September 23 Cubs vs. Pirates game, a $1,000 value from Sage Products, Inc.
