Coroner IDs Man, 77, Killed In McHenry County Collision
Three other people were injured in the crash in the 2500 block of Ringwood Road in unincorporated McHenry Tuesday morning.
MCHENRY COUNTY, IL — The McHenry County Coroner's Office has identified the 77-year-old McHenry man killed in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday morning as Terrence Hivon.
The two-vehicle collision happened around 11:15 a.m. in the 2500 block of Ringwood Road in unincorporated McHenry, according to police.
Hivon was te driver and sole occupant of one of the vehicles involved in the crash. He was transported to Northwestern Hospital in McHenry where he was pronounced dead.

The driver of the other vehicle, a 32-year-old Wonder Lake woman, as well as two children in her car were transported to Northwestern Hospital in McHenry with non-life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation, and an autopsy is scheduled for Thursday for Hivon, authorities said.
