Coroner IDs Motorcyclist Killed In Tower Lakes Collision
The crash happened in Towers Lake Monday evening. The Lake Barrington man killed in the collision has been identified as Mark Demski.
LAKE COUNTY, IL — A 56-year-old Lake Barrington man killed in a motorcycle crash Monday evening has been identified as Mark Demski.
The single-vehicle collision happened at about 6:20 p.m. on Roberts Road west of North Paddock Lane in Tower Lakes, according to a news release from the Lake County Coroner's Office. Authorities say the 2008 Harley Davidson motorcycle was headed east on Roberts Road when it left the roadway while going around a curve and hit a tree south of the road.
The motorcyclist was evaluated by paramedics and pronounced dead at the scene. Preliminary results from an autopsy show Demski died from blunt force injuries, according to a coroner's office news release.
