Crystal Lake Man Guilty Of Cocaine Delivery Sentenced 5 Years
Daniel T. Hawkins pleaded guilty before a McHenry County judge to unlawful delivery of a controlled substance (cocaine), officials said.

CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — A Crystal Lake man was sentenced to 5 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections after pleading guilty to felony unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, according to a news release from the McHenry County State's Attorney's office. Patrick Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announced that 27-year-old Daniel T. Hawkins pleaded guilty before McHenry County Judge Robert Wilbrandt to the charge surrounding cocaine delivery, according to the news release.
Hawkins sold cocaine to a confidential informant on April 11, the state's attorney's office said.
The investigation in this case was led by the McHenry County Sheriff’s office, and was prosecuted
by Brette Dunbar of the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s office.
