Crystal Lake Police Arrests for Underage Drinking, Marijuana Possession, Warrants
Crystal Lake Police release arrest reports through July 20, 2013.

Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.
Underage Drinking
Ian T. Ingrassia, 20, of the 300 block of Deveron Ct., Cary, was arrested July 6, and charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor. He is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 20.
DUI, Possession of Liquor by Minor
Anthony J. Stamper, 18, of the 3000 block Fawn Trail, Prairie Grove, was arrested July 12, and charged with driving under the influence of any amount of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, purchase/ possession of liquor by a minor, and possession of between 2.5 to 10 grams. Stamper posted 10 percent of a $4,500 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 13.
Marijuana Possession
Arcendio D. Webb, 25, of the 400 block of Wright Dr., Lake in the Hills, was arrested July 7 and charged with possession of between 2.5 to 10 grams cannabis. Webb posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 20.
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Taylor B. Kindlesparker, 19, of the 1400 block of Monroe St., Lake in the Hills, was arrested July 8, and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. She is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 20.
Joshua S. Ash, 33, of the 100 block of Main St., Crystal Lake, was arrested July 8, and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 6.
Taylor L. Candia, 18, of the 1800 Sherman Blvd., Crystal Lake, was arrested July 9, and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Candia was released on a notice to appear in court Aug. 20.
Wanted on Warrant
Luis A. Vasquez, 21, of the 1500 block of Candelwood Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested July 8, on a warrant from the Palatine Police Department for criminal damage to property. Bond was set at $5,000. He was scheduled to appear in court July 22.
Jessica M. Click, 29, of the 1600 block of North Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested July 13, on a warrant from Boone County for failure to appear in court to face a driving while license suspended charge. She posted $300 bond and was released. She is scheduled to appear in court Aug 2.
Driving While License Revoked
Archiaka J. Shipp, 33, of Oxford Drive, Carpentersville, was arrested July 10, and charged with driving on a revoked license. Shipp was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office, where bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. Shipp is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 6.
