Crystal Lake Police Arrests for DUI

Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

DUI

Frank J. Burke, 52, of the 200 block of W. State Rd., Island Lake, was arrested June 21, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to notify state of address/ name change, improper lane use, and no stop lights. Burke posted bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court July 18. 

Mark R. Carpenter, 54, of the 5000 block of Renee Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested June 22, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use, and illegal possession/ transportation of liquor by a driver. He posted $300 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court July 16. 

Susan E. Richter, 55, of the 800 block of Lombard Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested June 29, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. She is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 13. 

Josephine K. Baloun, 18, of the 300 block of Ridge Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested June 8, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with blood-alcohol content over .08, failure to notify damage to an unattended vehicle, and illegal possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor. She posted bond and was released. She is scheduled to appear in court July 26. 

Quentin L. Wickert, 63, of the 5000 block of Prairie Ridge Rd., Crystal Lake, was arrested May 30, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content over .08, and driving on a revoked license. He posted bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court June 18. 

Adam F. Hussain, 27, of the 1400 block of Skyridge Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested June 1, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to give information/ render aid to property, and leaving the scene of an accident involving vehicle damage. He posted $100 and his drivers license for bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court June 25. 

Josue A. Espinal, 28, of the 800 block of Kingston Lane, Crystal Lake, was arrested May 30, on a DuPage County warrant for failure to appear in court and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was released to the McHenry County Government Center, where he was awaiting a court date.
