Dorothy F. Hauschild, 83, passed away on Monday, August 19, 2013 in Barrington.
She was born on March 30, 1930, in Chicago to Elizabeth (Gindorf) and Einar Ericksen.
She was a wonderful wife and will be greatly missed by her church, Faith Community United Church of Christ, and her Island Lake Seniors. She enjoyed backyard get-togethers, traveling in her motorhome, and NASCAR.
She is survived by her husband, Hank Hauschild; her sons, Marty (Carole), Larry (Cindy), and Alan (Joy) Hauschild; her daughters, Kathy and Karen; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and her brother, Einar Ericksen.
Arrangements were handled by Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home.
