Emergency Sewer Repairs Today on Crystal Lake Avenue

Emergency sewer repairs will be conducted on Crystal Lake Avenue in Crystal Lake on Monday, June 24.

The city of Crystal Lake will be making the repairs between Caroline Street and Walkup Avenue, according to a city news release. A one-block detour for eastbound Crystal Lake Avenue traffic will be established on Caroline Street, Paddock Street, and Walkup Avenue beginning 7 a.m. Monday, the release stated.

This work is anticipated to be completed in a single day, and two-way traffic on Crystal Lake Avenue will be restored late in the afternoon. Westbound Crystal Lake Avenue will not need to be closed during this repair.
