Janice Carter, 65, of Woodstock

Janice Carter, 65, of Woodstock passed away July 19, 2013 at her home at Sheltered Village.

She was born March 19, 1948 in McHenry to John and Evelyn Carter. 

Janice was a resident of Sheltered Village for the past 12 years. She was also active at both Pioneer Center and Rail in Woodstock.
She was a very happy person that always had a smile on her face. Everyone loved her, she was very funny, pleasant to be around, and always loved to eat. 

She is survived by her sister-in-law, Rev. Janie Long-Carter and all of her friends at Sheltered Village.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, John Carter.

Visitation will be from 2:30 to 3:30pm on Thursday, July 25 at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. The memorial service will be at 3:30pm.
