Jeffrey S. Flagg III, 2, of Minooka

Jeffrey S. Flagg III, age 2, of Minooka, died suddenly Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2013, at Mercy Harvard Hospital.

He was born Jan. 13, 2011, in Woodstock, the son of Jeffrey S. Flagg Jr. and Jennifer Frogge.

He is survived by his father, Jeffrey S. (Karla Testa) Flagg Jr. of Minooka; his mother, Jennifer Frogge of Harvard; his sisters, August and Madison Frogge; paternal grandmother, Anne (Greg) Parduhn of McHenry; paternal grandfather, Jeffrey Flagg Sr. of Crystal Lake; maternal grandmother, Susan Tavitas of Wilmette; great grandparents, Patricia (Gerald) Burkhart, Eileen (Donald) Faber and Alice Tavitas; stepgrandfather, James Ceithaml of Crystal Lake; a best friend Iggy Karr along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, at the Skaja Bachmann Funeral Home, 7715 W. Route 14, Crystal Lake. 

The funeral will be Saturday, Oct. 12, at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Ed Schoolcraft Officiating.

Interment will be in Crystal Lake Memorial Park.
