Early risers may see runners, bikers and swimmers Sunday.
The 7th Annual Lake in the Hills Triathlon will be held today, Sunday, June 16.
Today's event starts at 6:30 a.m. and is hosted by the LITH Parks and Recreation Department.Â
The race includes a .5-mile open water swim, 15.5-mile bike ride and a 4-mile run.
