McHenry Home Uninhabitable Following Blaze
The cause of the early Tuesday fire remains under investigation.
MCHENRY, IL — A home in McHenry is uninhabitable following a blaze early Tuesday.
The McHenry Township Fire Protection District was called to the fire in the 4700 block of Willow Lane in McHenry at about 3:30 a.m. Fire crews found smoking coming from the roof of the one-story home and found a small fire in the attic, according to a news release from the fire protection district.
No one was injured in the blaze and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
