McHenry Nurse Who Went To Work Drunk Sentenced
The 48-year-old woman has been ordered to serve 30 months of probation.
CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — A nurse who pleaded guilty this past week to a criminal neglect charge for going to work drunk at a long-term care facility in Crystal Lake has been sentenced to 30 months of probation.
Angela Hutchinson, 48, was also ordered to serve 100 hours of public service and to pay $2,169 in fines and fees, according to a Shaw Local News Network article. She also has been accepted into drug court and any violations of her obligations as part of the drug court could result in a revocation of her sentence, her arrest and resentencing on the original offense.
