Metra Train Derails In Crystal Lake

MCHENRY COUNTY, IL — A Metra train derailed over the weekend in McHenry County.

Metra officials said an inbound locomotive went off the tracks while entering the Crystal Lake Metra station shortly before 10 a.m. Saturday, Metra spokesperson Meg Reile told ABC 7 Chicago.

No passengers were on board at the time of the "low-speed derailment" and no injuries were reported in the incident, according to ABC 7 Chicago.
