New Grocer Plans To Move Into Former Joseph's Marketplace
Joseph's Marketplace closed in 2018, and a Polish grocery store, KD Market, is now planning to move into the space.

CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — A new grocer will be moving into the former Joseph's Marketplace location in Crystal Lake.
KD Market, a Polish grocery store that has locations in Schaumburg, Wheeling, Mount Prospect and Schiller Park,move its fifth location into the shuttered Joseph's Marketplace at 29 Crystal Lake Court, according to Shaw Local News Network. Heather Maieritsch, economic development manager for Crystal Lake, said the Crystal Lake location will be KD Market's largest grocery store at about 41,000 square feet.
Joseph's Marketplace closed in 2018 and the building at 29 Crystal Lake Court has been vacant ever since.
