Prairie Ridge High School to Host Annual Ugly Sweater 5K
The third, annual Ugly Sweater 5K supports the Crystal Lake Food Pantry and takes place Saturday, Dec. 10.
From Community High School District 155: Prairie Ridge High School will host its third annual Ugly Sweater 5K to support the Crystal Lake Food Pantry. The course is flat and takes participants through the neighborhood east of PRHS. It will be held Saturday, Dec. 10 at Prairie Ridge High School in the school cafeteria from 8-8:45 a.m. The race begins at 9 a.m.
Text WOLVES to 555-888 for the registration link. The entry fee, to be brought on the day of the event, is either five items to benefit the Crystal Lake Food Pantry or $5 cash, also to benefit the Crystal Lake Food Pantry. Participants under 5 years old receive free entry. Free, on-site childcare with games will be also be provided. All registered participants will receive an official race bib, have their times recorded and receive complimentary course support and post-event refreshments. Prizes will be awarded.
