NEW workshop at Colonel Palmer House !
Heritage Harvest (ages 7+), presented in cooperation with The Land Conservancy of McHenry County
Gretchen Madsen, Food Forest Manager, will share her knowledge on best cultural practices that integrate native plants into our gardens and naturalized spaces. After lunch, we will harvest fresh from our heritage mirror gardens on site and carry on traditions to take home. Lunch provided. Vegan options available.
