Construction of the Cary Municipal Center kicked off with the official groundbreaking on September 29, 2020 and finished with a ribbon cutting ceremony on December 14, 2021. 

Even with the supply shortages due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the construction of the Municipal Center was completed on time and within the Village's budgeted amount.

The Cary Municipal Center opened to the public on December 17, 2021 and is located at 755 Georgetown Drive.
