Week Ahead: Trick-or-Treat with Downtown Merchants
The week ahead is packed with Halloween happenings.

After a weekend full of Halloween parties, trick-or-treating with area merchants, picking out pumpkins and putting finishing touches on costumes, the week ahead promises more Halloween!
On Thursday, October 31, from 3 to 5 p.m, kids are invited to attend the "Halloween Handout" in downtown Crystal Lake. Participating merchants throughout Downtown Crystal Lake open their doors to invite costumed children 12 and under to receive a treat.

Participating merchants will have an orange "Halloween Handout" Pumpkin Flyer on their window.
The official trick-or-treat hours for Crystal Lake are 3 to 7 p.m., and in Cary from 3 to 8 p.m.Â
