Wisconsin Woman Pleads Not Guilty In Fatal McHenry Motorcycle Crash
Sheree Ann Shaw is back in McHenry County jail custody.
A Wisconsin woman is facing felony aggravated DUI charges for a crash that later killed a Woodstock mother and injured her husband, the Northwest Herald reports.
Sheree Ann Shaw, 45, pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated DUI, Class 2 felonies and two counts of aggravated DUI, Class 4 felonies in McHenry County Court on Monday. Shaw was extradited from Las Vegas for missing court appearances in Illinois and Wisconsin.
Amy Thornton, 42, and Mike Thornton, 39, were injured in a crash on May 6 in the 2500 block of Route 31 when Shaw striked their 2007 Harley-Davidson Road Glide.

Thornton later died at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville and her husband has since been released from the hospital, the Northwest Herald reports.
A GoFundMe page has been created to raise money for the Thornton family with living and medical expenses.
