On Oct. 21st, 2024, Members from the Darien Lions Club received a donation from the owner of Bella Cosa Jewelers, Joseph Molfese and his Wife in the amount of $2,500 for its annual Candy Day drive! The money raised is used to help people with vision and hearing impairment, and to support other community activities including the club's Halloween party, Holiday Food Basket distribution, blood drive and fourth of July Parade. Bella Cosa Jewelers is a family owned jewelery store located at 7163 S. Kingery Hwy, Willowbrook, IL. in the Willowbrook Town Center. Services range from on-site custom manufacturing to diamond and jewelry importing.
