Hinsdale South Student Who Died Named

DARIEN, IL – Hinsdale High School District 86 on Friday named the students at Hinsdale Central and South who died recently.
Central's Jack Bryan died last Tuesday, while South's Bryson Bodik died about two weeks earlier.
"We want to acknowledge the deep sorrow felt across our school communities," the district said in a statement. "Our hearts are with the families and loved ones of these students, and we extend our most sincere condolences."

The district did not release any more information, saying it wanted to respect the families' privacy.
In his obituary, Bodik, 14, was listed as the son of Jason Bodik. Little other information was included in his obituary. A GoFundMe page has been set up for the family.

Bryan, 16, had a tight group of friends who spent many hours gaming into the night and "running around town," his obituary said.
"Jack was so full of life and the kindest man," it said. "He made us proud every day. Jack was on the honor roll and just received his driver’s license."
Bryan, a sophomore, worked in the summers at the Hinsdale Community Pool. In eighth grade, he played on Hinsdale Middle School's basketball team and went on the school's trip to Washington.
"The family dog Murphy would wait for Jack to come home every day in the window," the obituary said.
He was the son of Helen Hart and Daniel Bryan. A GoFundMe page has been set up for the family.
