INSTRUCTIONAL (Division I)
Grades K-1

Introduction to the game of basketball. Games and practices on 8ft rims, half-court games. Instructional basketball will focus on fundamentals for your child. These include ball handling, shooting, passing, and defense!
INTERMEDIATE (Division II)

Grades 2-3
A step up from the Instructional Division. Played on 10ft rims, full-court. Intermediate basketball will build on the skills learned in Instructional basketball. Focus will be placed on fundamentals, and an introduction to gameplay will be introduced.
ADVANCED (Division III)
Grades 4-5
Just a step below full league play—modified rules for this division. The first few games of the season, violations will not result in a turnover. This is a learning league.
LEAGUE PLAY (Division IV)
Grades 6-8
This league is complete gameplay, with IHSA rules.
Season Timing:
Instructional (Div. I) and Intermediate (Div. II) Start in early November and will end with an Olympics day in February.
Advanced (Div III) and League Play (Div IV) will start in early November and end in March with Playoffs and Skills Day.
