Drunken Driver Threatens Public Official: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

The 36-year-old Hainesville resident is being held at the Lake County Jail following the arrest in Libertyville.

Brandon M. Jimenez, 33, of the 1900 block of Lotus Drive, Round Lake Heights, had a warrant for burglary, possession of a stolen vehicle, and arrested Nov. 3 in the 200 block of Water Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 10.

SUSPENDED REGISTRATION

Erika N. Hampton, 34, of the 2400 block of Butrick Lane, Waukegan, is accused of having a suspended registration, no driver's license, and was arrested Nov. 3 at Lewis Avenue and Golf Lane, Waukegan. She was released following her arrest.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM

Ainsworth K. Foreman, 29, of the 300 block of Johnson Street, Palatine, is accused of unlawful possession of a firearm, no driver's license, no insurance, improper transportation of cannabis, and was arrested Nov. 3 at Route 120 and Mill Road, unincorporated Grayslake. Foreman was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 12.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

  • Agnieszka Jaromiriski, 50, of the 21600 block of W. Glendale Road, unincorporated Lake Zurich, had a warrant for disorderly conduct, and was arrested Nov. 4 in the 21600 block of W. Glendale Road, unincorporated Lake Zurich. Jaromiriski was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 20.
  • Sandra M. Snyder, 48, of the 33500 block of N. Royal Oak Lane, unincorporated Grayslake, had a warrant for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and was arrested Nov. 7 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. She was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 21.

AGGRAVATED BATTERY TO A PEACE OFFICER

Sylwia M. Malek, 32, of the 1000 block of W. Eva Lane, Mount Prospect, is accused of aggravated battery to a peace officer, trespassing, and was arrested Nov. 4 in the 28000 block of Big Hollow Road, Ingleside. She was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 9.

RETAIL THEFT

Edna T. Wright, 34, of the 2000 block of Jethro Avenue, Zion, had a warrant for retail theft, and arrested Nov. 5 in the 300 block of Greenleaf Street, Park City. She was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 4.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Pamela Lin McLean, 27, of the 38600 block of W. Magnolia Avenue, Wadsworth, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Nov. 5 in the 38600 block of N. Magnolia Avenue, Wadsworth.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  1. Jesus B. Tovar-Melquiades, 40, of the 39400 block of Castleford Lane, Beach Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of a crash, and was arrested Nov. 7 in the 39400 block of Castleford Lane, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 17.
  2. Katelyn M. Weddige, 25, of the 38200 block of N. 5th Avenue, unincorporated Spring Grove, had a warrant out of McHenry County for DUI, and was arrested Nov. 9 in the 38200 block of N. 5th Avenue, Spring Grove. A future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.

STRANGULATION

Larrion L. Littleton, 52, of the 1500 block of E. 74th Street, Chicago, is accused of aggravated domestic battery, strangulation, unlawful restraint, and was arrested Nov. 8 in the 34300 block of N. Goldenrod Lane, unincorporated Round Lake. Littleton was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and a court date of Nov. 13 was assigned.

THREATENING A PUBLIC OFFICIAL

Omar Herrera-Loeza, 36, of the 100 block of E. Elk Court, Hainesville, is accused of threatening a public official, DUI alcohol, reckless driving, and was arrested Nov. 7 at Routes 21 and 137, Libertyville. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Dec. 3.
