November DUI Arrests All Included Speeding Charges: Riverwoods PD Blotter

• Abel Silvester Santoyo, 24, of the 700 block of Evergreen Court, Romeoville, is accused of speeding, having an expired registration, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 12:36 a.m. Nov. 22, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 18.
• Brayan P. Duarte Mayen, 24, of the 300 block of N. Villa Avenue, Villa Park, is accused of speeding, improper lane usage, illegal transportation of alcohol, DUI alcohol, and was arrested at 1:01 a.m. Nov. 15, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 4.
• Bekbolot Subanbekov, 20, of the 30 block of Highland Avenue, Elgin, is accused of speeding, DUI alcohol, and was arrested at 2:09 a.m. Nov. 16, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 4.
• Derry V. Robinson, Jr., 37, of Gary, Indiana, is accused of speeding, improper lane usage, operation of uninsured motor vehicle, DUI alcohol/drugs combination, and was arrested at 11:39 p.m. Nov. 7, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 4.
• Adam Luis Perez, 36, of Jacksonville, Florida, is accused of speeding, DUI alcohol, and was arrested at 10:59 p.m. Nov. 8, in the 300 block of Portwine Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 4.
• Matthew James Pospeshil, 39, of the 1300 block of Devonshire Road, Buffalo Grove, is accused of speeding, improper lane usage, open transportation of alcohol, DUI alcohol, and was arrested at 2:55 a.m. Nov. 9, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 4.
