Woman Batters Cop While Resisting Arrest: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

Natavius Gordon, 30, of the 2600 block of Gilead Avenue, Zion, is accused of battery, had a warrant for obstructing a peace officer, and was arrested Dec. 1 in the 39100 block of N. Sir John Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa. Gordon was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 8, 2026.

  • Brian R. Procanin, 47, of the 18700 block of W. Ash Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of violating an order of protection, assault, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Dec. 1 in the 18700 block of W. Ash Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 21, 2026.
  • Gabriel A. Sanchez, 22, of the 14500 block of Kedvale Avenue, Midlothian, had a warrant for violating an order of protection, and was arrested Dec. 4 in the 0-100 block of County Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 22.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Deante L. Hardin, 47, of the 38400 block of Sheridan Road, Waukegan, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Dec. 2 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Hardin was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 22, 2026.

RETAIL THEFT

Nicholas J. Tribble, 31, of the 800 block of Bach Street, Northbrook, had a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested Dec. 3 in the 200 block of Water Street, Waukegan. The case was settled and he was released. A court date of Dec. 1, 2026 was assigned.

IDENTITY THEFT

Cameron J. Seymour, 40, of the 5400 block of Dorchester Street, Chicago, had a warrant for identity theft, and was arrested Dec. 4 in the 0-100 block of County Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 18.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF METH

Daniel M. Miranda, 42, of the 1200 block of Caton Avenue, Joliet, is accused of unlawful possession of meth, and was arrested Dec. 4 in the 36000 block of N. Grand Oaks Court, unincorporated Gurnee. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 21, 2026.

ATTEMPTED POSSESSION OF METH

Anthony J. Walczak, 34, of the 6700 block of Derby Drive, Gurnee, is accused of attempted possession of meth, and was arrested Dec. 4 in the 36000 block of N. Grand Oaks Court, unincorporated Gurnee. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 21, 2026.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Lenny Gaytan, 20, of the 0-100 block of E. Dundee Quarter Drive, Palatine, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, and was arrested Dec. 5 at Christiansen Avenue and Miller Road, Lake Villa. He was released following his arrest.
  • William J. Fell, 32, of the 0-100 block of Balsam Avenue, Lake Villa, is accused of DUI alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Dec. 7 at Windjammer Court and Mainsail Drive, Third Lake. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 28, 2026.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

  • Eric M. Johnson, 58, of the 33500 block of N. Almond Road, unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of disorderly conduct, assault, and was arrested Dec. 6 in the 33500 block of N. Almond Road, unincorporated Grayslake. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 21, 2026.
  • Deshonn M. Davis, 25, of the 1400 block of N. Smith Street, Palatine, is accused of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer, and was arrested Dec. 6 in the 21000 block of N. Rand Road, Deer Park. Davis was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 23.

AGGRAVATED BATTERY TO A PEACE OFFICER

Carole M. Rosenfeld, 43, of the 40000 block of Hidden Bunker Court, unincorporated Antioch, is accused of aggravated battery to a peace officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Dec. 7 in the 40800 block of N. Route 82, unincorporated Antioch. She was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 8, 2026.

Suzzete Bautista, 29, of the 39000 block of N. Ogden Lane, Beach Park, is accused of leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested Dec. 7 in the 39000 block of N. Ogden Lane, Beach Park. She was released following her arrest.
