Auditions to be Held for 'You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown'

Downers Grove, IL - The Downers Grove Park District will host auditions June 16 and 18 for its produciton of "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown," The Broadway Musical.

Auditions will be held at the Lincoln Center Auditorium, 935 Maple Ave. in Downers Grove, according to the park district audition notice.

• June 16 5:30 - 8 p.m.
• June 18 2 - 5:30 p.m.

The cast requires two to three women and three to four men, plus 14 roles for the chorus. Anyone ages 10 and older are welcome.

Auditions may consist of a prepared monologue between 30 seconds and two minutes and a song without accompaniment. Auditions may also consist of cold reads and improv games.

Performances will take place Aug. 5 and 6 at 7 p.m. and Aug. 7 at 2 p.m.

The cast members selected are required to register for the musical, $150 for a main character and $100 for the chorus.
