Downers Grove Seeks Retail, Food Vendors for Main Street Train Station
Village accepting proposals for a 110 square-foot space inside the train station now through Nov. 1.
The village of Downers Grove is looking to add a retail or food service vendor to its Main Street Metra station.
Village officials are currently accepting proposals for a 110 square-foot space inside the train station, located at 5001 Main St. Proposals should include a concept plan and a suggested monthly rental amount.
It is anticipated that the lease will begin on Jan. 1, 2014 and run for a three-year term. The minimum rent is $950.00 per month, according to village officials.
