Happy Father’s Day To Steve Vogel

In celebration of Father's Day on Sunday June 17, we asked Patch readers to write a letter to their father and let us deliver it. This is Jack and Mike Vogel's letter to their dad:

Dear Dad,

Thank you for being the best dad you could possibly be! Thank you for the things you do, like helping with my chores on occasion, and the things you let me get away with, like going to Six Flags with old friends.

Although we can sometimes disagree, we can always have a good time. I hope you can stop worrying about me growing up, because it is time. In the end, I love you. You are the best dad that I know!

Dear Dad,

Thanks for all you do to keep me safe and all the things you teach me. I am happy that you are helping me and motivating me to make it to Eagle Scout, so I am sorry if I huff and puff when you ask me to do something for Boy Scouts. Also, I love going to the firehouse to see you because I am proud of you being a firefighter. Thanks for doing fun things with me like playing 5-Minute Dungeon and going to the movies.
