WESTMONT, IL — A pedestrian was fatally hit by a BNSF train in Westmont Tuesday evening, according to multiple reports.
The incident took place around 6:30 p.m., and the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene, per ABC7.
The crash halted both outbound and inbound traffic near the stop on Quincy Street.
