Woodridge Police Reports: Theft, DUI, Obstructing Justice
The Woodridge Police Department reported crimes and arrests through Nov. 6.

At approximately 7:58 p.m. Oct. 30, Carl Rutherford, 37 of the 7800 block of Woodward in Woodridge, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, obstructing justice, driving while license revoked, illegal transport of open alcohol, use of cell phone while driving, squealing tires and improper lane usage following a traffic stop in the 8500 block of Woodward Avenue.
At approximately 2:03 p.m. Oct. 31, Ivan Gomez, 29 of the 2100 block of Ridge Lane in Woodridge, was charged with retail theft after removing items of clothing and shoes from Kohl’s, 1001 75th Street.

A theft occurred at approximately 1:09 a.m. Nov. 1 at Zero Gravity, 22W613 75th Street, Naperville. Someone removed cash and credit cards from an unattended purse.
At approximately 10:32 a.m. Nov. 2, Brian Martinez, 22 of the 800 block of Beech Drive in Bolingbrook was charged with possession of cannabis and driving while license suspended following a traffic stop in the 8100 block of Route 53.

At approximately 3 p.m. Nov. 3, Deni Bianconi-Marker, 49 of the 6000 block of Sherman Drive in Woodridge, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license revoked, driving an uninsured motor vehicle and passing a stopped school bus following a traffic stop in the 2900 block of Jackson Drive.
At approximately 4:53 p.m. Nov. 4, Amanda Krefting, 30 of the 100 block of Terrace Loake Road in Aurora, was charged with retail theft after removing miscellaneous items from Kohl’s, 1001 75th Street, without paying.
