January Sound Bath Meditation at Wilder Mansion

Join us in January to relax and de-stress with a candlelit Sound Bath Meditation in the beautiful Wilder Mansion. Bring yourself and your mat on Monday to be guided on a journey in sound and deep listening.

A Sound Bath, or Sound Meditation, is the intentional use of sound and with mindfulness practices to create a gentle yet deeply transformative therapeutic and restorative effect on your body and mind. 

Find a comfortable seat or lie down and allow the soothing vibrations of the singing bowls and other instruments to wash over your body, allowing you the space to rest and relax.

No special skills, abilities, or beliefs are required to receive the benefits.

Do your best to arrive 10 - 15 min early to check in with Dana, receive your complimentary tea, and set up your spot. 

Please bring something comfortable to sit or lay down on such as a yoga mat, camp chair, blankets, and/or pillows.
