Ten Mile House Hosts Ribbon Cutting Wednesday
Mayor Elizabeth Tisdahl is expected to attend the public event at 3 p.m.

The team at Ten Mile House, will celebrate the restaurant’s opening with a Ribbon Cutting ceremony on Wednesday, December 10 at 3 pm.
It will be led by partners Joe Krouse, Robert LaPata and Frederic Gale, and Evanston Mayor Elizabeth Tisdahl, 7th Ward Alderman Jane Grover, and the Evanston Chamber.
The public event commemorates the restaurant’s opening last month and the continuation of a tradition of hospitality established by the community’s original Ten Mile House.

Refreshments and appetizers from the restaurant’s menu will be served to attendees.
Providing a social hub for the community, the restaurant serves an extensive menu featuring wood fired pizzas, smoked meats, healthy fare and thoughtful comfort food classics.
The restaurant’s beverage menu offers classic cocktails with a whimsical twist, emphasizing a variety of rums and locally-produced spirits, as well as regional craft brews and a collection of red, white and sparkling wines by the glass and bottle.
Ten Mile House is open for dinner Monday through Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 12 a.m. Lunch and dinner is served Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 12 a.m., and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
