EVERGREEN PARK, IL — Superheroes, Disney princesses, race car drivers, witches and ghosts are invited to "trunk-or-treat" Friday, Oct, 24 at <a href="https://americanlegion854.org/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">American Legion Post 854</a> in Evergreen Park. The event runs from 6 to 9 p.m. at the post, 9701 S. Kedzie Ave. Children are invited to peruse the variety of trunks, all decked out for Halloween and filled with candy and other goodies. Raffles, games and more are featured. Fat Johnnie's Daughter, of Burbank, will be there for your food needs. If you'd like to decorate your car and bring enough candy or giveaways for about 250 kids, contact Gina at 708-422-9531.
