TAI CHI QIGONG

Enjoy a gentle, beautiful and flowing Tai Chi Qigong exercise routine that is both a joy to do and deeply relaxing. Designed to strengthen the back and improve the general health and well-being of the practitioner.
This ancient form of Chinese exercise is a gentle method of simple exercises that is easy to learn. It consists of a sequence of 18 simple movements performed with several repeats in a fluid, continuous way, combined with good posture and deep abdominal breathing. Better health, fitness peace of mind and so much more, as your mind and bodywork in harmony for superb results.

YOGA FOR EVERYBODY
