Hey Kids: Build a TV Remote and More with Weekend S.T.E.M. Workshops in Glen Ellyn

Glenbard District 87 is partnering with the B.R. Ryall YMCA for a S.T.E.M.-based technology series of workshops. The B.R. Ryall YMCA will host the first event, Build a TV Remote, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec.13. Students will create and program their own hand-held electronic device. This workshop is open to boys and girls ages 10 and older. A pizza lunch will be provided.

Also, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts may earn their merit badges attending this workshop. The registration deadline is Dec. 9. The introductory price is $29. This event is also sponsored by Workshop 88 in Glen Ellyn, Chicago Robotic group.
