New Boutique Women's Clothing Store Opens in Northbrook

There's a new place to shop for women's clothes in the area: a store called Juniper Boutique, which opened Friday at 1346 Shermer Rd. in Northbrook.

According to the store's Facebook page:

"Juniper is owned by best friends and Northbrook residents, Jennifer Lawrence and Jennifer Stamper. 

JStamp recently left Harpo Studios where she spent 16 years producing The Oprah Winfrey Show. While working for Oprah, Jen specialized in the fan-favorite fashion and make-over shows. She worked closely with leaders and icons in the fashion industry -- Tim Gunn, Rachel Zoe, Tom Ford, Bobbi Brown (to name drop a few) and every major clothing retailer. With her extensive styling experience, Jen is excited to work a little Oprah magic on the Juniper customers.

JLaw has background in design, architecture and business with both an MBA from University of Chicago and interior design certification from the Art Institute. She has spent the last 17 years working as a consultant with the most recent nine years as a Director at Navigant With her financial and analytic skills, as well as, keen sense of styling, she will primarily support the operational and financial needs of the boutique."
