Armed Robbery at Dunkin Donuts Leaves Hinsdale Police With Questions

The robbery took place Tuesday evening at Dunkin Donuts on E. Ogden Avenue.

HINSDALE, IL — Hinsdale Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man connected with an armed robbery that took place Tuesday evening at Dunkin Donuts.

According to police, the suspect is described as a Hispanic man in his 30s with black hair and wearing a black jacket over a light blue hooded sweatshirt and green camo pants. He allegedly approached the cashier at the Dunkin Donuts on 150 E. Ogden Ave. with a handgun and demanded money before fleeing on foot from the scene.

Police have video evidence of the robbery from surveillance cameras at the store. They haven’t been able to identify the man’s weapon, how much money he took or his identity.
