College Scholarships Total $26.6M for Hinsdale Central Class of 2016

Miami University of Ohio offered the most scholarships to Hinsdale Central students this year.

Hinsdale, IL - Hinsdale Central High School today announced that the Class of 2016 earned $26.6 million in college scholarships, up from the $24.5 million in scholarships reported last year.

“It is a great pleasure to again report that our students have earned scholarships to many fine colleges and universities,” said Superintendent Dr. Bruce Law. “Our teachers and staff have helped these students over their four years to develop and expand their educational horizons. We look forward to all that the future holds for them as they continue the tradition of excellence onward.”

  • Miami University of Ohio: $1,238,000
  • University of Alabama: $1,023,196
  • DePauw University: $1,019,000
  • Butler University: $1,000,000
  • Loyola University Chicago: $936,000
  • University of Dayton: $663,900
  • Illinois Wesleyan University: $592,000
  • Indiana University: $581,250
  • DePaul University: $488,000
