EMS Official Parts Ways With Clarendon Hills Fire Department
He was listed as a victim during a police call earlier this year, according to a report.

CLARENDON HILLS, IL – Clarendon Hills has "parted ways" with its emergency medical services coordinator, the fire chief announced to his staff earlier this month.
John McReynolds was the coordinator and had been with the department for more than a dozen years with the village; he has held the same post with the La Grange Fire Department for more than two decades, according to his LinkedIn page.
In Clarendon Hills, Fire Chief Dave Godek indicated in his message that McReynolds had been on leave. According to village records, McReynolds made nearly $66,000 in 2024 as a part-time, on-call employee.
