Last year, the girl's attorney, Roy McCampbell, filed a complaint with District 86, saying his client was touched in a "sexually gratifying manner."

In an email to Patch last week, McCampbell said the girl and her single mother have been "victimized by the legal system and the school system."

A Patch story last year detailed the complaint's allegations.

The driver worked for bus contractor First Student, which said last year it no longer employs him.
